Small-batch custom cups
Small-Batch Custom Paper Cups, From 100 Cups
A full-color custom cup run without committing to a warehouse of stock — orders start from 100 cups.
PrintForm custom printed paper cup orders start from 100 cups. Digital printing needs no plates, so a small batch carries the same full-color print quality as a commercial run. Small batches suit weddings, birthdays, seasonal designs, product launches and first-time café branding, with delivery across the USA, Canada and Mexico.
What a small batch makes possible
Traditional cup printing uses plates and long runs, which pushes the practical entry point into the tens of thousands. Digital printing removes the plate, so PrintForm can offer custom printed orders from 100 cups.
A small batch lets you test a design before a larger rollout, print a seasonal or event-specific cup, refresh artwork after a rebrand, and avoid writing off obsolete printed stock.
Every small batch is manufactured and printed at the same Bellingham facility as our commercial volumes — the cup and print quality are identical.

Yes. Your approved artwork can be reused on a reorder, and digital printing makes artwork updates between orders simple.
