Who pays customs duties for Canada and Mexico orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
What if my cups arrive defective?
Report it within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, photos and the affected quantity. Verified manufacturing or printing defects qualify for PrintForm's Double Replacement Guarantee: 2 replacement cups for every 1 defective cup.
