Custom Printed Coffee Cups with Your Logo

Hot cups sized for a real coffee menu, printed with your logo and made in the USA.

PrintForm makes custom printed coffee cups in 8 oz (espresso drinks, small lattes), 12 oz (the everyday size) and 16 oz (large drinks). 12 and 16 oz are also available as Double Wall cups for hot drinks without a sleeve. Orders start from 100 cups.

Choosing coffee cup sizes for your menu

Most cafés run two or three sizes. A common setup is 8 oz for cortados and flat whites, 12 oz for standard lattes and drip coffee, and 16 oz for large drinks.

Lids are simple: the 8 oz cup takes an 80 mm lid, and both the 12 oz and 16 oz cups take the same 90 mm lid, so two lid sizes cover the whole menu.

Double Wall cups add a second paper layer for insulation and a more comfortable hold. Many cafés use them in place of a Single Wall cup plus a sleeve.

Questions

What size coffee cups should my café order?

Most cafés use 8, 12 and 16 oz. If you only want two sizes, 12 and 16 oz share the same 90 mm lid.

Should I choose Single Wall or Double Wall coffee cups?

Single Wall is the most economical. Double Wall (12 and 16 oz) is better insulated and is often used without a sleeve.

Can I change my cup design for a season?

Yes. Digital printing has no plate fees, so a seasonal design can be printed as its own order from 100 cups.
