PrintForm Inc. is a paper cup manufacturer in Bellingham, Washington. We form Single Wall and Double Wall paper cups from food-grade paperboard, inspect them, and custom print them in the same facility — we are a manufacturer, not a reseller.
How a PrintForm cup is made
Materials: paperboard is prepared for cup forming at our Bellingham manufacturing facility. Product dimensions and supplied material specifications are published on the Products page; request documentation for your selected material before making certification or disposal claims.
Forming: the coated board is cut and formed into the cup wall and base, and the rim is rolled for strength and a secure lid fit. Double Wall cups receive a second paper layer.
Quality control and printing: formed cups are checked before full-color CMYK digital printing with food-grade, soy-based inks. Finished cups are packed 1,000 per case (Single Wall) or 500 per case (Double Wall).
